Always pushing the envelope. It takes months to build strength. It took 13 sets where I added a plate on either side with every set.
Btw, we weighed the sliding platform on the leg machine and it weighs 93 lbs. So, the total weight for that last set is 1263 lbs.
Correction: Factoring the angle of the sled (35 degrees), after some trigonometric calculations the net resistance was 768 lbs, not 1170 lbs.
