My name is April. I have been into diy for 5-6 years. I struggle with adhd it seems and so my self motivation is so un- predictable. But I love having the ability to study and learn my anatomy and perfect my anti aging treatments

This was the simplest temple restore I’ve done to date. And that included even when using sculptra. And that is one of if not THE least challenging of all the injectable treatments!! I watched Dr weiners easy injection of temple. I’ll share the link here. I always watch a motivational video. Or 1000haha. Ask all my diy buds. I give myself analysis paralysis I watch so many educational and treatment demos from pros that the overwhelm gets to me OFTEN. Then it takes me weeks to actually get the dang area done. But his video was very good. He goes over layers and why and what cannula to use and why. One of those just to remind you where to make your entry point and all the small tips….thats for sure what will set you up for success before starting your treatment! . Following all the safety Protocols, making sure you’re sanitized Your workplace is sanitized making sure you’re using the right sterilize and sterilizing any tray or any plate or any space where you are setting your syringes and pilot hole needles and cannulas as you move and switch pieces and parts you can’t you can’t Take a shortcut with this. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to post I did split the one vile from the box of two. I split one of those that was mixed with the NCTF135. I put it into one cc syringe one for each temple and at the time I didn’t do a one-to-one I don’t believe I think I did a little less than a one to one mixture but I already had it mixed from a while ago so I can’t remember exactly I think I might’ve used .3 of NCTF135 an attitude it I know really anything that has vitamins and PDR it would work, but I just tried to get the closest thing to Chino base study And NCTF135 has all the nutrients and and skin minerals that you could need for fertilizing your skin and then it also has PDR in it. I think the one that he used was NCTF boost and then he recommended the other NCTF and product in their line but I didn’t have access to either of those so I went with the one that I could get

So just in case you missed in the post, I did post the link to the products that I used, but I’ll post them here as well and I also have a lot of information that I’m gonna do a rumble post about Four me account creation just all of the specific details that they sent me I wanna make sure and get that out to you guys so you can save it and read over it so I will post it in a couple of places definitely in my Facebook group. I guess I’ll post the links again here for everything that I talked about in this description that way you’ll have easy access. They send those tiny deposit amounts and you have to confirm that you received them I guess But you can just use your debit card and actually it’s less expensive if you use your debit card your transfer fees are less than if you’re using a credit card because even on transfer wise when you use a credit card it’s still pulling it as a cash advance. Something that I didn’t know for a long time so I just thought I would share that tidbit .

It can be used with just a smidge of a skin booster like what I did here for extra fertilization and extra collagen growth, but you can use it in any part of the body, you can use it on bone you can use it in soft tissue like the uses are limitless really and it doesn’t last as long as sculpture or as long as some of the other bios stimulators, but the results are immediate so you don’t have to wait for the collagen growth you get immediate filler results as long as you don’t hyper diluted too much there having more study showing that if you do a one to four or one to three dilution you’re basically losing the ability for the product to stimulate collagen so kind of wasting it a lot of injectors don’t agree with that, but I think they just try to make it stretched further like if they’re doing the butt or the neck they don’t wanna worry about nodules, but it just seems pointless to do that with a product that really has to be touching in order to create collagen. It’s not like the other ones like PLLA or PCL- those bio-fillers particles they because of how they work was because they cause inflammation and then a reaction that makes your body grow collagen around it. It’s better to keep those particles separate so you can put as much liquid with your sculptra as you wish and it’s recommended for the lower third or highly muscular area that are not attached on a bone or to a same type layer

Once the liquid goes into your body your body absorbs it. It leaves the powder the crystals behind your body to create a reaction around. The PCL is a cream that has particles in it and it’s the same thing your body absorbs it. It leaves behind and you just with that when you only want to leave space between that’s why it’s better when you do your mezzo therapy with it not to do retrograde linear threads because you get more collagen benefit. This is way more than I had intended to share, but since I didn’t really talk much of my video, I’m finding I like ithis better when I’m not when I don’t talk because then I don’t have to remember if I said anything embarrassing, and sometimes when I get to talking my impulsivity kicks in and I just say whatever comes to mind and then I’m like oh my gosh, I don’t even know what I was talking about so I like this better I’ll give more information in the bottom for those who wanna read it and I’m just gonna post a video with the products because that seems like a better way for me to just get things up and keep it moving the editing for me guys is not working out and I’m not brave enough yet to go live so maybe maybe one of these nights on the weekend I’ll go live when I have when I feel really confident with my treatment when I’m doing therapy or something I’ll do it.
