It’s not just Georgia where election integrity advocates are under attack. In deep-red Arkansas, retired Colonel Conrad Reynolds, a 30-year military veteran and outspoken supporter of paper ballot elections, is now being prosecuted by the state for allegedly violating a rarely used “anti-loitering” statute while conducting peaceful exit polling.

Colonel Reynolds wasn’t campaigning. He wasn’t disrupting voters. He was gathering information, something courts have repeatedly said is protected under the First Amendment.

As his attorney Harry MacDougald told LindellTV, this case isn’t just unprecedented. It appears political. To their knowledge, no one has ever been prosecuted under this new statute before.

Reynolds defended the Constitution for three decades. Now he needs the Constitution to defend him.
