World spends more on weapons than well-being, UN chief says

U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Wednesday (October 22) that the global trade system was facing major challenges due to tariffs and that "military expenditure trends show that we increasingly are investing more in deaths than in people's prosperity and well-being."
