Week 2 of Freezer Prep Before Surgery 🧊 Chaos Cooking & Filling the Freezer!

This week was a lot — but I still got food in the freezer 🙌 Surgery is getting closer and life isn’t slowing down but this week I made:

🌮 Taco meat
🍗 Nacho chicken
🍯 Garlic honey chicken
🥫 Sloppy Joe mix
🥐 Sourdough discard freezer biscuits
🍫 Double chocolate sourdough rolls

It wasn’t pretty, but it’s prepped and for that I'm extremely thankful 😌 Next week I’m tackling more household tasks since the big batch cooking is mostly done. Stay tuned!!
