Something that’s missing in the functional & herbal worlds

I have gotten a bit disillusioned in recent years as I have seen the functional medicine and even herbal communities shift towards symptom management and away from taking the time to figure out how a client’s body has gotten out of balance in the first place.

In other words, I feel like we have stopped looking for root cause in many cases.

And obviously, there’s many reasons why this is.

But I think what we have been missing is how deeply disrupted clients’ circadian health, as and a result, their mitochondrial health is.

And if we want them to not have to be dependent on supplements forever, and we want to serve them at the highest level, I believe it is incumbent upon us to begin to teach people again how to get back in sync with nature & how their body is intended to run.

In my Circadian Reset Mentorship, I am taking folks through a 7 week process of transformation to help reorient the body back to circadian alignment. We will be covering all major areas—light, dark, hydration & nutrition, non-native EMFS & artificial lighting, and yes, I will be weaving some herbalism & aromatherapy into this—as support—not the whole enchilada.

Curious about joining us? Have clients you would like to refer? It would be an honor:
