One can rightly say that the Godly are facing trials today from every side. Some of us are dealing directly with extreme and grievous circumstances, whether the challenge of physical healing for self or loved ones, financial difficulties, persecution for faith, distress over family matters, or any of a myriad of other issues. There’s no apparent end to what people are facing; believers in Jesus Christ as much as anyone else in the world. Has there ever been a similar time of such wickedness and distress for those who love God? And what does it all portend?
