The Collapse Of Pu'u O'o

This is a time lapse of the collapse of Pu'u O'o - the main lava source on the Big Island that has created expansive lava flows, covering Kalapana, Royal Hawai'ian Gardens and delivered lava to Leilani Estates and Kapoho. This short time lapse garnered me some popularity among the lave community - as I was the first who was able to publish it. At the time, I used a bot to save an image of this webcam every minute. All other time lapses were made afterwards. It was of course a strike of luck, that I had told the bot to focus on this webcam.
