THE PAT WHITE SHOW says that marijuana and guns are headed to the U.S. Supreme Court

THE PAT WHITE SHOW says
Under federal law, if you are legally in possession of a firearm and are a user of marijuana, you can be charged with "Felony Possession" even though the Supreme Court says open carry is legal. Federal law still considers marijuana a Class I drug and if you are a marijuana user who legally owns a firearm, you can be charged. That issue has been accepted by the U.S. Supreme Court. A decision will probably be handed down in the summer of 2026.
