Yogurt cake (sugar & gluten free): 1 cup greek yogurt, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 c milk powder, 3-4 tbsp collagen powder, 2/3 cup allulose or sweetener of choice, pinch salt, 2 tsp baking powder

Sirloin Roast slow cooked: 1 kg sirloin tip roast, twine removed, 1 lb baby potatoes, 260 g baby carrots, 1 large yellow onion, sliced into rings, 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed, 240 ml beef broth, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar or worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
