ALLATRA IPM | OSCE 2025: Freedom of Religion vs. Anti-Cult Manipulation

🎙 Speech by Roman Gural, Ambassador of ALLATRA International Public Movement, delivered at the OSCE Conference "Democratic Institutions and Freedom of Religion."

In his address, Mr. Gural emphasized that the strength of democracy is tested not in times of peace, but in times of war - and that Ukraine today stands as a vivid example of defending human rights and freedom of belief even under Russian aggression.

The speech exposes how the so-called "anticult" movement - originally developed and funded by Russian state-backed networks such as RACIRS - spreads across Europe, undermining democratic principles and inciting interreligious hatred under the guise of "protecting society."

Roman Gural calls on European institutions to:
• Investigate anticult structures operating under Russian influence,
• Recognize cognitive and ideological manipulation as a hybrid threat,
• Protect freedom of conscience for all communities, large and small.
