Formed in 2021 in response to the federal COVID-19 vaccine mandates, Feds for Freedom took their fight all the way to the Supreme Court — and eventually won. But as Thornton and Erdman reveal, the battle didn’t end there. They continue to fight DEI overreach, unconstitutional policies, and bureaucratic lawlessness — all while working to reform government from within and realign it with the Constitution and the American people.

Feds for Freedom President and Co-Founder Marcus Thornton previously served as a Border Patrol agent and in other capacities with the Department of Homeland Security from 2007-2016. More recently he has served in the State Department and as Chief of Staff at USAID. He speaks three foreign languages and is the recipient of multiple Superior Honor and Meritorious Honor Awards for his work defending human rights, rescuing victims of human trafficking and religious persecution, and advancing national security and foreign affairs priorities.

Jim Erdman is the co-founder of Feds for Freedom and is a former non-commissioned officer at the 2nd Battalion, 75thRanger regimen and subsequently served in the National Guard. He worked as a Senior bioinformatics and biometrics consultant in the private sector. Jim served in the Middle East, South and East Asia, and Europe. He speaks fluent Mandarin and Arabic, and earned the Director of National Intelligence Award.
