Mike and I started the podcast before our guest arrived, half wondering if she would show at all...we talked about a bunch of stuff, and suddenly...Lisa Ekman was there!

Lisa Ekman was deeply involved in Democrat Politics in Washington, DC, for over twenty years.
Years after she retired from politics, during the Covid Shutdown, her boyfriend - now Partner - helped her see through the lies that she had been fed throughout her life and had come to believe so fervently.
She fought through severe Cognitive Dissonance and liberated herself from the programmed Obedience she had lived in for decades. She went from Woke to being Awake.
Far from a Trumper (though she admits having voted for him), she is these days a political Independent, who no longer votes Blue No Matter Who, and is rightfully suspicious of "experts+, who, we have learned these last 5 years, are not only not infallible, but are often wrong, or pushing the wrong agenda in return for - what else? - Money.
And interesting interview with someone who has not just seen the light, but now also recognizes the darkness that the Progressive Left has brought to the once liberal Democrat Party.
