The Chinese Communist Party has been accused of creating a military program that aims at “improving population quality” using the DNA of Americans. The program is being referred to as experiments to manufacture so-called “super soldiers.”

Meanwhile, yet another former top U.S. official could soon face criminal charges. Former CIA Director John Brennan has been referred for charges of allegedly making false statements.
