Process Black Walnut Hulls in Kitchen Sink-Clean Dry & Grind-then Soak in Vodka, Strain for Tincture

It's the season, I just picked a bag of these in a park today.
The Processing segment is the best I could find, every other video is 10 or 20 minutes long and requires your own back yard and special equipment. You don't have to do any of that.
I will use Dr Berg's method because it's less labor and time and I don't know if this guy is right.

Here are some tips I gathered for drying the walnut meat after taking the hulls off, since I have no squirrel proof area outdoors here to do that in. https://ibb.co/DfdPVgXN
I will do the oven trick, then leave it under the oven light for a day and see if that works. I'm reading that to crack them easier, you should soak in water (instead of boiling, which works with normal English walnuts), and you can chisel down a flathead screwdriver to knock the walnut in half. I don't know if this guys method to clean the hulls will also work on the meat which I can see is covered in the black walnut ink.
