Hey friends! Danny here with The Neighbors Kitchen — coming to you from the campground with an Instant Pot recipe you’re gonna love: Pickle Pulled Chicken Sliders! 🍗🏕️

This one’s quick, tangy, and loaded with flavor. I’m using my trusty 3-quart Instant Pot (perfect for RV and camper cooking!) but don’t worry — this recipe works great in any size Instant Pot or pressure cooker.

Now, let’s get to the food!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1¾ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breasts)
Enough pickle juice to cover the chicken (you can add water or chicken broth to supplement)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Optional: red pepper flakes for a little heat
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Hawaiian slider buns
Havarti cheese
Pickles for topping
Optional: Hawaiian-style BBQ sauce

HOW TO MAKE IT:

1) Pour your pickle juice into the Instant Pot, add paprika, onion, and garlic powder.

2) Place chicken thighs on the trivet so they don’t stick to the bottom.

3) Add enough liquid to submerge the chicken.

4) Seal the lid, pressure cook for 20 minutes, and turn Keep Warm OFF.

5) Let it naturally release for 10 minutes before venting.

6) Drain, toss the chicken back in, and mix in your Dijon mustard.

7) Shred it up with tongs — it’ll fall apart beautifully.

8) Build your sliders: juicy chicken, creamy Havarti, a perfect pickle slice, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce if you’re feeling fancy.

All the flavor, no fuss — done in under an hour! Perfect for camp nights, tailgates, or quick dinners at home.

Catch you next time — I’m grabbing another slider.
