37:20 end of the 2 minute recovery after 9 minutes of warm up with the skip rope
44:15 after the pullup exercise, now 3 minutes of rowing
49:21 after setting up the band, now straight bar curls for 3 minutes
52:20 next is hammer curl for 3 minutes
56:14 debrief of hammer curls
56:56 next up is putting the pinky fingers together, ie serving a plate
58:23 vibration speed changes
1:00:05 debrief and how I make 114 degree molecular bond angle water..
