This 20-minute standing-only and bodyweight no-repeats workout is a great way to start your day! The focus of our LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio workout is on executing 20 low-impact complex moves at a steady pace for the full time with no rest. I am not wearing shoes in this workout but you are welcome to if needed. There is no warm up or cool down to this workout as it's a great total body activator in and of itself.
