Join me for this 30 minute Christian Step & Strength Exercise Workout — a faith fueled session that begins with prayer and builds both spiritual and physical endurance.

Whether you’re using a step platform or staying on the floor, this full-body workout will strengthen your muscles, engage your core, and refresh your spirit through encouraging Scriptures and faith-based motivation throughout.

During this workout, we’ll focus on:

💪 Full Body Strength Training with dumbbells

🧘‍♀️ Core and Plank Series for stability and balance

🧱 Wall Sits with Dumbbells for lower body endurance

🚶‍♀️ Optional Step Platform Exercises for cardio and coordination

🙏 Prayer and Scripture encouragement woven through every segment

No matter your fitness level, this workout will remind you that with God, all things are possible. (Mark 10:27)

🏋️‍♀️ What You’ll Need

A step platform (optional — all moves can be done on the floor)

A pair of dumbbells (light to medium weight)

A wall space for wall sits

An exercise mat and a willing heart!
