Money needs to work for the average person, not the financier. It is wrapped up in our nation culture, and implies a moral obligation on the federal government to provide money that is dependable. Its a form of chisseling to deliberately target 2% inflation. After 10 years that's a 20% devaluation, which I would call an expropriation.
