10/18/2025B, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Associates & I Sweep/Scan Entire Public Areas

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Think about this. My international group associates and I are in every city and country on Earth. We are inside every government agency, corporation, NGO, and community group of all types. We are always watching, listening, and documenting everything that goes on inside various organizations for any signs of uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and other collaborators, along with their corrupt official handlers/masters. Then everything gets collected and shared into the global gangstalking perp collections, and other anti corruption or anti whatever international groups, and so on.

All of the other groups and their other members refer to gangstalking perps, collaborators, and their corrupt officials as cockroaches. That certainly can be classified as an "infestation" if any types of organized harassment, gangstalking perp activities and/or gangstalking perp members can be found and exposed.

The various uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps, along with their perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, and buildings, are very likely previously recorded and shared by one of our international group members from some place, some time, by some one. The rest of us are just following up and sweeping, scanning entire public spaces, events, and facilities to see if any of the archived gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators can be brought up again in some future time and place. Each subsequent encounter with the past gangstalking perps and collaborators would place them on the world map.

My international group associates and I are not merely going to any place to attend some event, conduct some business, or just doing something. We always have a secondary agenda beyond what everyone see on the surface. While the surface agenda is the truth, there is more than meets the eye below the surface.

I have weekend online and offline meetings with my global group associates, and some of my factions of anti corruption government/corporation officials and politician friends. They want more information if they see anything interesting.
