Patience is something we cultivate where we have limited #patience. We have patience do things we choose to have patience for.
The #fitness industry is no different than the medial model when it comes to offering you the “magic” pill with 30 days challenges, 8 or 12 week #transformations
I’m not dissing these programs. The marketing is usually “you will fixed or balanced hormonally” in this amount of time.
I would run these programs with the intention that it is simply a template to help me help you make this a #lifestyle.
The shortcuts have a long term consequence. You don’t usually start to feel these consequences until you hit #perimenopause or #menopause because your body cannot keep up anymore.
