In this segment Jimmy exposes a provision in a congressional spending bill (Section 453 of HR 4754) that would shield Bayer—the maker of Roundup and glyphosate—from lawsuits claiming its pesticide causes cancer. He explains how this measure would effectively ban future litigation by aligning pesticide labeling exclusively with EPA determinations, even though the EPA doesn’t classify glyphosate as a carcinogen.
