Cargo plan skids off Hong Kong runway into sea during landing, killing 2 airport workers

A Boeing 747 cargo aircraft flown by Turkey-based ACT Airlines skidded off the runway at Hong Kong International Airport and collided with a security patrol car before both fell into the sea, killing the two people in the car. The plane’s four crew members were unhurt, authorities said.
