NWR - What it means to be Non-Woke - How to recognise and avoid moral decay

Being Non-Woke primarily means to reject identity politics and the radical and simplistic Marxist ideas of the victim and oppressor. Typically a victim is seen as having darker skin than the oppressor or as being non-male. These Woke ideas are very divisive and need to be identified and rejected. Identity politics has been applied to student course entry and to employment of staff. This is unfair and even dangerous. There are many cases now of appointments of persons without proper merit that have resulted in harm and even loss of life. Examples include surgeon, pilot and even vice presidential appointments.
