This week I am going to stick with some local Sevier County issues, but those issues have a national implication. The free speech that is being silenced is being conducted by none other than the state representative for Tennessee House District 12, Fred Atchley. Additionally, it would seem that the County Sheriff has decided not to follow his oath.
