UPDATE: The individual who fell was later identified by a story that Fox News's Bill Melugin reported on in Portland, Oregon, on October 10, 2025 (https://t.me/police_frequency/156595), for vandalizing a federal building by throwing red paint on its facade and covering his face with the paint. Video of his Portland arrest, where he appeared shaking while in federal custody went viral on social media.
