Winter has started in Russia. Snow has buried the Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions, as well as Bashkortostan. Traffic back ups have formed on the roads, and there are lines at car service centers for tire changes and petroleum - of which there isn’t much at all.

Gonna be a long winter!
