10/17-18/2025A, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Loiter Gagnsgtalking PERPS Collected/Shared

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

All of the area organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators are being collected and shared by me and my international group associates. We all have our own zones of perp and collaborator collection. Every city and country on Earth are divided into separate zones of uniformed and civilian gangstalking perp recording and sharing. However, we do not have to strictly stay within our own neighbourhoods, and frequently cross over into each other's gangstalking perp collection zones. We really do not care who's gangstalking perps we collect and share, the more the merrier. Any uniformed and/or civilian gangstalking perp and/or collaborator will do just fine.

All of the gangstalking perps from any city and country generally behave in the same perpy manner. The perps conspicuously and suspiciously stick out like the tactical morons they are. My global associates and I would not hesitate to make them all internet famous. The internet has many nice and/or nasty organizations and their followers everywhere. The other group members and I believe that is where all the fun is to be found. Imagine some community watch, block watch, neighbourhood watch perp collaborators, and their corrupt official masters get internet famous in the wild, chaotic, and unpredictable internet jungles. Anyone or anything could be watching from some place unknown.

The weekend is here and I need more content to pass along to the others. I have already been in communications with some of the other international group members, as well as some of my faction of government/corporation official and politician friends. They will want to know more if they see anything interesting. I hope so, since I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department. I would look embarrassingly bad if I am slack and seen as ineffective. I can not been viewed as functioning below my full functional capabilities.
