The Supreme Court just heard arguments in Louisiana v. Callais that could dismantle the Voting Rights Act as we know it. Using Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, Democrats have racially gerrymandered multiple states all across America. If SCOTUS rules against the Voting Rights Act, and specifically against Racial Gerrymandering, the Democratic Party might have a very hard time not only winning the House of Representatives in 2026, but winning future elections at all. #votingrightsact #supremecourt #news
