Peruvians in mourning: Vigil for anti-govt protester shot dead by police

Peru's Prime Minister Ernesto Alvarez says a state of emergency will be declared in the coming hours.
The announcement comes after an anti-government protest in Lima turned violent on Wednesday.
A popular hip hop artist was shot dead.
