Unlike in Part 1 of this series called the F.E.C.A.L system to self defense which centers it attention on an URBAN defense strategy, the S.C.A.T system to Self Defense has it's focus on a RURAL and mountainous environment with much more capability.

T. Terrain - Giving you the ability to traverse any terrain
