Peru protests: Prime minister says state of emergency to be declared

Peru's Prime Minister Ernesto Alvarez, says a state of emergency could be declared in the capital Lima.
The announcement comes after an anti-government protest turned violent on Wednesday.
A popular hip-hop artist was shot dead.
