Oh... you're here early

In 1991, Pablo Escobar surrendered himself to La Catedral, a prison he personally designed and controlled, staffed with his own guards, maids, and closest associates.

Sadly, La Catedral has since vanished, leaving only fragments of its story behind. In this video, we bring it back to life through detailed 3D reconstructions, allowing the content to show reality while being suitable, accessible and educational for all ages.

This so-called "prison" featured two soccer fields, a bar, a casino, a jacuzzi, and more—earning its place in history as perhaps the most luxurious detention facility ever built. The government deliberately kept its insides a secret to prevent public outrage.

Fernando Galeano was a trusted associate of Pablo Escobar, and his fate was sealed within La Catedral. Diego Maradona and René Higuita (known for his scorpion kick) both visited La Catedral, although, not on the same day as Galeano.
