Vortex Viper Shotgun Enclosed Micro Red Dot First Look

Weather was nice enough to hit the range and get some shooting done with the new Vortex Viper Shotgun Enclosed Micro Red Dot (say that ten times fast).

The sight was easy to mount with its universal mounting pattern. It came with multiple different thread size screws to cover most shotguns.

The buttons are on the top and are easy to operate even with gloves on. The silicone cover will be nice to keep the optic clean while trudging through swaps.

This is the multi reticle version and so far I like the double ring or the ring with a dot.

More to come down the line when we get more shells through the Mossberg 590 20 Ga.
