Today in the skies above Zhukovsky, it was possible to see two MS-21 liners with Russian PD-14 engines.

The MS.0012 (73055) and MS.0001 (73051) aircraft conducted test flights to evaluate the operation of equipment replaced with domestically produced components (following embargo/import substitution). Here are the details:

- On board the MS.0012, as part of certification tests, the Russian inertial navigation system was evaluated during autonomous operation on a typical flight along a closed route. The flight was carried out on the route from Zhukovsky to the area of the city of Vorkuta and back.

- On board the MS.0001, the operation of the radio altimeter was evaluated during flight with different wing mechanization configurations, within the operational range of roll and pitch in all phases of flight. This was the aircraft's first flight after a ground test cycle to check protection against lightning strikes.
