10/16/2025B, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Gangstalk PERPS Loiter, Stick Out, Get Internet Fame

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Every time I go to those online forum group meetings, or offline in person meetings with the other international group members, we always do our best to humiliate, mock, and really make the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators look like shitty sad sacks publicly. Each one of the global groups and associates get amusement from doing whatever to piss and shit all over the perps no matter which city and country they are from. We all like to go international. I disagree with some of the other group members who say everything should be kept local. I feel that is just small time and unambitious mindset and thinking. If anyone is going to all the work of producing videos and photographs, why would they want to restrict their success and distribution? Does anyone want to do any work and get less pay, less promotion, less attention, less audience traffic, less impact, and less of anything? It is just stupid to have to do more work and still get less rewards. I'm not that!

I am going to go anywhere necessary to spread my content and go as large as possible. My mindset is that I do not like to work for free. Everything that I do, I want to see a Return On Investment (ROI), or it would all be for nothing. Social media content must be shared, art work must be gallery displayed, real estate must be sold, money must be invested somewhere in something, etc. Otherwise, it is a dead thing, going nowhere, doing nothing, except collecting dust and getting moldy.

There are many gangstalking perp vehicles driving around with one head light, one hub cap on wheels, and other such perp signaling displays. This is why all the other international group members also say the perps and collaborators are retarded, corrupt, cowardly, cockroaches. The idiotic perps are going around everywhere and putting a big target on their vehicles, clothing, and other stuff to make themselves very suspiciously conspicuous. It is like a homing beacon for my associates and I to track them like a cruise missile.

We are always lurking around somewhere, at sometime, to find some new uniformed and/or civilian gangstalking perpetrator or collaborator to make internet famous. Each one of us has international social media audiences to supply for their daily video and photograph habits. Their audience participation also gives us a psychological boost too. It feels like drinking too many caffeinated energy drinks, except without the chemicals, flavoring, and colour.

It would not do for me to show up at those online and offline meetings without any new and fresh uniformed and/or civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators to pass along to the others. That would just make me look bad, ineffective, and unproductive.
