UK 7" 1982 (Beat-The-System!! - RAW 1)
Produced by Uproar and Barry Lights

A debut effort that whose quality and delivery wouldn't be surpassed throughout the rest of its progenitors' careers, Rebel Youth is one of Second Wave Punk's finest moments. Blending the sheer intensity of Discharge with the sputtering and maniacal delivery patented by External Menace's, the EP presents listeners with a vicious 10-minute blast of ultra-violent UK82. Traditional three-chord rockers turned up to 11 and peppered with obscenities and political/social commentary take the form of "Rebel Youth," "No War No More," "Fallen Angel," and "Victims." The title track says it all; without succumbing to blind apery or complete self-parody, Uproar deliver a 7" masterpiece with all the intensity of a brick through a window.

A1 Rebel Youth
A2 No War No More
B1 Fallen Angel
B2 Victims
