Three teens aged 13 to 15 have been arrested in connection with the sh**ting death of a Texas rideshare driver

A 15-year-old has been charged with capital m*rder

A 14-year-old and a 13-year-old were charged with tampering with evidence

The teens allegedly sh*t Nguyen, stole his vehicle and property, and fled the scene

All three have been booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center

The suspects have not been publicly identified, and it’s unclear if Nguyen’s car or belongings were recovered
