PA Archery Season 2025 Opener | Deer Sightings on Day One!

Opening day of archery season 2025 in Pennsylvania is finally here, and we’re kicking things off in a couple of fresh spots we’ve never hunted before.

Ron and Brady Mentzer both got into deer on their very first sits of the year — no shots taken, but solid movement and a great way to break in some new setups. These areas are ones we’ve had our eye on, and after this hunt, we’re feeling good about the potential.

Temps were warm, wind was steady, but the deer were on their feet. Just a good, clean sit — and a reminder of why we love this time of year.
