If "Aliens" are InterDimensional's, Why do they need "UFO"/ Flying Craft?

This connects to my video about Spiritual Surgery. The story I forgot to finish was that, there was a man who was "abducted" by Greys. He was on a ship and he said they were doing surgery on him. And he was freaking out trying to get away and so he telepathically said to them, "You're hurting me!" And the old Grey looked down over him and said back through telepathy, "No, we're not." And then this man's pain went away! Because, he is in the Spirit body. Not his physical body.
