Three types of meditation are described.
The first is to create a feeling of peace, the second is to develop mediumistic skills and the third is to enable contact with the higher self to be made.
Only one type of meditation should be used at a time and should be pursued until perfected.
The Buddhist type is intended to allow the student, eventually, to still his mind until he can sit in absolute silence.
The visualisation type is intended to train the student to master the art of visualisation.
The last one is intended to use the skill of visualisation to create a living scene that seems real to the student.
These processes will only work if the student follows them, one by one and masters each step.
