Process is one of those words that is loaded with meaning. Without process, nothing would really get done, or at least it might not be done right. Process is that step by step planning that gets us from an idea to a reality. The Church is a process. We learn in process. We go in process, and all of that is what God does in helping us to grow in stages to accomplish His will. The Church is not the end game … it is the process of training people to live like Christ, and to go and be that model in the world around us. Short Term Missions is a process by which we see how the Gospel works in other cultures and people groups, and we can play a part in making the Gospel known.
