In this video I go through Jonah chapter 3 verse by verse. In this chapter, Jonah goes to Ninevah, an ancient city of Upper Mesoptamia that was in Assyria. Today people identify it as the city of Mosul in what is modern northern Iraq. Ninevah is located on the Tigris River's eastern bank. Ninevah was once the capital of the Neo-Assyrian empire. In this chapter Noah goes to Ninevah after again being told to arise and go. This time he obeys, and the people were very repentant. They wore sackcloth and ashes and fasted.
