One of the issues I have faced throughout my ministerial career is narcissism. I worked for, I worked around, and I partnered with narcissistic people all my life. I just couldn’t get away from them. I was subject to their power games, their manipulation, and ultimately their attitudes of, “I am in control.” I hated it, and I hate to see people today subject to the pain of environments where power is all about control.
