Hi-Point C9 Reassembly after cleaning

How to reassemble a Hi-Point 9mm pistol model C9.

This gun can be a bit tricky to field strip and put back together. When reassembling the slide to the frame, you must line up the slide retainer with the hole in the frame while under strong recoil spring pressure, while at the same time being careful not to bend the firing pin.
