Two DEADLY Bicep Curl Mistakes Ruining Your Gains

I've coached over 500 athletes through vegan squat coaching, and I keep seeing the same two mistakes destroying people's bicep gains. First, stop turning curls into a full body exercise with all that swinging and knee bending. Second, your elbow positioning is probably wrong. You're either bringing it too far forward or pulling back like a drag curl. Lock your elbow to your side and focus on raising your palm until you feel maximum bicep tension. Grab lighter weights, eliminate the swing, keep that elbow locked, and I promise your arms will grow.
