World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, "collapsed" at 5:20 PM on September 11, 2001, despite not being struck by a plane.

WTC 7 housed the following tenants:
⁃ CIA
⁃ IRS
⁃ Secret Service
⁃ Department of Defense
⁃ NYC Office of Emergency Management
⁃ Securities and Exchange Commission

The BBC reported that Building 7 had collapsed 25 minutes before it actually did.
