She was DISMISSIVE when I knocked but I COULDN’T LEAVE IT like this

A friend of mine that works for FedEx delivered a package to this address and immediately sent me a text about the lawn being crazy long. So, I hopped in my truck and headed over and he was right, the edges were pouring over into the street, the grass was getting super long, and obviously someone lived here and needed some help with it. So, I knocked on the door and I asked the homeowner if I could clean up her yard completely free of charge. She was pretty skeptical but I explained that I videod my work and that I could get her yard looking amazing again. She said I could if I wanted to so I went ahead and got started. I was able to get the front yard looking better than it probably ever has. We have been getting a record amount of rain this summer so there was a lot of sitting water in the curbs but I scooped out as much mud as I could so that the rain can wash the rest away. Unfortunately in the backyard, there was a TON of junk and I don’t have a dump trailer just yet so I had to work around it.
