US Attorney Bill Essayli just exposed that California Democrat officials oversaw massive homelessness fund fraud

It has resulted in millions of dollars worth of fraudulent spending.

"Billions of California tax dollars intended to solve homelessness...they had little to no progress. California state officials failed to provide meaningful oversight over the individuals who received most of these funds."

The state agency paid $26 million for a fraudulent project - the developer did NOT complete construction. Essayli says at least $2.2M was diverted to pay the person's American Express credit card.

"Accountability starts today...we're making public 2 criminal cases relating to 2 separate real estate developers involved in misappropriating millions of state funds intended to combat homelessness."
